Increase Productivity and Accountability

As part of the Agent Monitor, we’ve rolled out a new feature for greater accountability and management of agent breaks. Admin’s now have the ability to approve or deny break time requests from agents.

  • Ability to auto-approve certain times [eg, frequency/duration of breaks]
  • Increases productivity – too many breaks will break the agent’s calling rhythm
