Announcing our newest dialing product: Click-to-Comply™
While Convoso continues to innovate its powerful suite of auto dialing software options, the company has released a new, separate product for call centers requiring a manual click to dial functionality. Because it does not qualify as an ATDS (automatic telephone dialing system), Click-to-Comply™ supports compliance with TCPA regulations intended to prohibit telemarketing without prior written consent.
The new Click-to-Comply™ [CTC] dialer is a cloud-based product. Access requires a separate login from Convoso’s autodialer product that offers modes such as predictive dialing, power dialing, preview dialing, and progressive dialing.
The CTC system lacks the capacity to store numbers, and requires human action to manually initiate calls. By clicking to call, call centers with leads that do not have verifiable prior written consent can reach out to those leads one at a time.
