The 15th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service has notified Convoso that they selected our company as the Bronze Stevie Winner for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year for technology industries.
Convoso is both honored to be recognized by Stevie and incredibly proud of our dedicated customer service team.
Whether onboarding new customers, optimizing Convoso’s solution to drive better results, or supporting customer technical issues, our team truly goes above and beyond. Convoso’s Customer Service Department is made up of Implementation, Sustaining Support, and Account Management Teams (Customer Success Managers).
