Auto Dialing Modes to Fit Your Business Needs

Predictive Dialing

The best predictive dialer technology delivers an intelligent outbound dialing system that predicts agent availability, automatically calibrates the dialing rate, and connects agents to live prospects.

The system places calls to multiple numbers/leads at the same time, only routing to a live agent when a contact answers their phone. The dialer automatically decreases or increases the number of simultaneous calls based on the percent of dropped calls you want to maintain (for example: if you set it to 3% it will make less calls if you have dropped 3% of your calls already).

Power Dialing

Power dialing is an intelligent outbound dialing mode that chooses new contacts as soon as the previous call ends. This mode automatically calls multiple numbers at the same time for each agent and only connects the call to an agent when a person answers their phone. However, unlike the Predictive Dialing mode, power dialing doesn’t automatically adjust the dial level.

Preview Dialing

Preview is an intelligent outbound dialing mode that allows agents to make calls manually. Agents have time to read notes on the lead for a more informed and qualified call. This method is most commonly used to call businesses in which a certain amount of research is needed before they place the call.

Progressive Dialing

Intelligent outbound dialing mode: This mode allows agents to pull up customer records prior to placing a call, however, unlike the Preview Dialing mode, this mode will automatically make the call after a predefined number of seconds/minutes.
