Good communication to your team and/or specific agents is essential to effectively run your call center. Broadcast messaging helps leadership get out quick messages to the remote team.
This new feature has been especially helpful for our contact center customers with agents working remotely. It allows admins to send messages and announcements to a specific user or group of users at once. The recipients, which can be manually selected by the admin from the list, receive the message as a standard instant message.
