Joined by all the brightest minds in telecommunications, team Convoso spent the week of June 27-30 as exhibitors at Call Center Week 2017. The highly anticipated event took place in The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nevada.

During the event, Team Convoso was thrilled at the opportunity to touch base with some of our existing clients along with getting to build new relationships with a variety of potential new customers. During the event, Convoso also got to reconnect with some of our industry favorites such as:
Jim Rembach of Beyond Morale, and Sheri Greenhaus of CRMExchange – two of many  influential minds within the call center industry.

The event allowed Convoso to showcase our end-to-end contact center platform featuring our built-in gamification application, which in beta form has already amassed some serious results, and is reinventing the way call centers empower their agents to exceed company goals.

Team Convoso ended Call Center Week on a high note. Leaving but having gained a plethora of invaluable new friends and partners, but also insights into the future of call center technology – all fuel that allows Convoso to stay true to our mission of providing next-generation call center software.
