This week we shined the spotlight on the backbone of our support team, Ernie Babinski! Ernie is our trusted Level 3 Support Specialist and has been with Convoso for 5 years. Level 3’s are who end up tackling the trickiest of issues… and Ernie is always there to save the day!
This week’s team spotlight takes a trip to our team in the Philippines to take a focus on Raymond Hombrebueno! Raymond is a Level 1 Tech Support Specialist at Convoso. Level 1’s are the first tier of Convoso’s famous all-star service, and are the ones who keep the lives of clients running as smoothly as possible.
This week’s Team Spotlight is focused on the one and only, Bobby! Bobby is the Senior VP of Research & Development, and co-founder of Convoso. Nothing short of a technical mastermind behind the product. At Convoso, Bobby is behind all the new innovation that goes into our end-to-end call center software. We interviewed Bobby to get to know the less technical sides of him.
This week we’re showing off Jenn in our Team Spotlight! Jenn has been a part of Convoso since September of 2015, and has been recently promoted to Onboarding and Training Specialist. Jenn is nothing short of a talented teacher, every one of our Convoso clients receive tailored training from Jenn.

Scott dived right in, getting familiar with the product and Convoso’s family of clients. He knows the platforms ins and outs, and wants to share that with every Convoso user.

At Tech Fair, Team Convoso had a great time making new connections, and of course, putting our signature game-twist on the event! Convoso collected hundreds of resumes and talked with many wonderful prospects… we even ran out of all of our business cards! Booth visitors won Convoso swag prizes, and one grand prize winner walked away with a pair of Samsung Virtual Reality Glasses (Congrats Buck!).
Convoso, a SaaS company out of Woodland Hills, CA, used this holiday season to show that sometimes the best service is giving back. The software company is famously known for being the first to add gamification to an end-to-end contact center solution. For this holiday season, Convoso linked up with Westside Children’s Center for their first annual charity drive.
