This week we shined the spotlight on the backbone of our support team, Ernie Babinski! Ernie is our trusted Level 3 Support Specialist and has been with Convoso for 5 years. Level 3’s are who end up tackling the trickiest of issues… and Ernie is always there to save the day!
“My favorite part of the job are the people, the clients I work with. I like the interaction,” Explains Ernie, “I’m a people person, so I like being able to meet new people from all over the world. The relationships you build over the years with clients are great.
